Not ready for summer to be over? Neither are we! That is why Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois is hosting one last beat the heat summer extravaganza. Join us for a fun filled end of the summer carnival! There will be carnival games, popcorn, snow cones, drinks and much more! All GSofSI departments will be represented at this event. Enjoy the evening at your own pace while you take pictures at a photo booth with the Marketing Department, cash in your hard earned game tickets at the Product Program booth, play some games with Volunteer Resources and others. Be sure to bring all your non-Girl Scout friends so that they can see what Girl Scouting is all about. The fun will begin at 4:00pm and will end with a showing of Wonder Park on a big screen around 8:00pm.  

Parents/Troop Leaders: This event is open to the whole family and Girl Scouts can bring friends that are not in Girl Scouts. Each attendee will need to register. The registration fee includes all activities, snacks, movie and prizes. 

 

** Thanks to a grant donation we are able to offer this event FREE of charge to the first 150 girls (members or non members) and 50 adults that register. After the quota has been filled, pricing will return to the regular price of $20 per child and $13 per adult. Don't forget that GSofSI current members can apply for the Girl Scout Experience Fund to help offset the price of the program!**

Cancellation Policy
Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSofSI) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSofSI cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, GSofSI has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant: Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event is the same day as the registration deadline. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (credit card or check). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt. These above policies apply to all GSofSI Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly. Unless otherwise stated tag-a-longs are not allowed at GSofSI events.
