From the Culinary Department from Southwestern Illinois College, Chef Casey Parker and Chef Jessie Bostick will share at least one nutritional recipe and the steps on how to prepare a fun and delicious snack with your girls. Pull out your aprons and roll up your sleeves as this presentation is bound to offer volunteers new ideas to help unleash the cooking aspirations in your girls!
